in the company and write a description of what
each department does.
b) Write a ‘flow plan’
to show how the departments all fit together to
make the company run successfully.
c) Highlight the skills you
think are needed by the people working in each
department. Explain why they need these skills
– what will they be contributing to the
department?
d) Identify which department
you would be most interested in working in. Why?
What could you bring to the team and department
as a whole?
e) List the courses or qualifications
you might need to be able to work in that department?
