Bacteria are made up of one cell. All bacteria have a cell wall on the outside with a semi-permeable membrane inside that. The contents of the cell are cytoplasm, a strand of bacteria DNA and some ribosomes that have RNA to make proteins. Most bacteria have a flagella or flagellum to help them move.
